About the Shop
Who runs this shop?
This online shop is operated and maintained by CDP Print Management on behalf of The Friends of Guy’s and St Thomas’, a volunteer-led charity supporting patients and staff across Guy’s and St Thomas’ hospitals and community sites.
All proceeds from sales go directly to supporting the charity’s work, helping fund items and services not provided by the NHS.
Where does the money go?
Every purchase supports The Friends of Guy’s and St Thomas’, funding amenities, equipment, research, and comfort-enhancing initiatives.
Delivery
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No, we currently deliver to UK addresses only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are despatched within 2 working days. After despatch, delivery time depends on your selected shipping option:

Is tracking included?
Yes, all delivery methods include tracking. A link will be sent to you once your order has been despatched.
Orders & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t yet been despatched, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Please get in touch with us right away. We’ll be happy to resolve any issues quickly.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning your item.
